Meanwhile, individual projects already have been providing some RSS feeds -- just try appending "/rss" to a URL to see if it provides a feed.  (Or, if you are a robot, look for the <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml"> in the HTML source of the page you are interested in.)  For example:

• A feed of most recently edited wiki pages within a project is available at {project-name}/rss, e.g. http://www.coactivate.org/projects/openplans-users-group/rss
  
• A feed of recent edits on a single wiki page is available at {project-name}/{page-name}/rss, e.g. http://www.coactivate.org/projects/openplans-users-group/project-home/rss
  
• A feed of recent posts on all mailing lists within a project is available at {project-name}/lists/rss, e.g. http://www.coactivate.org/projects/openplans-users-group/lists/rss
